Author Shandle Chapman is an experienced freelance. She was born in Laurel, Mississippi and grew up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Her desire to write began when she was young and poetry is the genre she enjoys writing most. Many of the books she has authored focus on mental health and self care. Her love for the fine arts extends to music, photography, design and theatre. Her mission is to speak courage into anyone affected directly or indirectly by any type of trauma they have experienced.
